In a recent sit-down with Garrick McFadden, the founder of GAMESQ, PLC, we discussed his firm’s exciting developments, technological innovations, and vision for the future. The award-winning personal injury attorney’s enthusiasm was palpable as he shared updates about his new office space and how technology is revolutionizing his practice.
Interviewer: Thank you for meeting with us today, Garrick. There’s a lot of buzz about your new office space. Can you tell us more about it?
McFadden: (smiling) Absolutely! We’re incredibly excited about our new space. It’s designed to be both welcoming for our clients and highly functional for our team. One of the features I’m most looking forward to is our dedicated deposition room, which we’ll start using in April. It’s equipped with state-of-the-art video conferencing technology and recording capabilities, allowing us to conduct depositions in a professional, comfortable environment.
Interviewer: That sounds impressive. What inspired the decision to create a dedicated deposition space?
McFadden: As a personal injury attorney, depositions are crucial to building strong cases for our clients. Take the case I’m working on right now – a client with significant shoulder injuries from a car accident. Having our own deposition space means we can control the environment, ensure our clients feel comfortable, and maintain the highest level of professionalism. Plus, it’s more convenient for everyone involved, especially our clients who may be dealing with injuries or mobility issues.
Interviewer: Speaking of the office, I noticed the new GAMESQ logo being installed. Can you tell us about that?
McFadden: (enthusiastically) Yes! The new signage is a significant milestone for us. As one of Arizona’s premier Black-owned law firms, we wanted our branding to reflect both our professionalism and our commitment to the community. The logo represents strength, justice, and accessibility – values that are at the core of our practice. When clients see that sign, we want them to know they’ve found a place where they’ll be heard, respected, and fought for.
Interviewer: I understand you’ve been incorporating some cutting-edge technology into your practice. Can you tell us about your experience with the Apple Vision Pro?
McFadden: (leaning forward) The Apple Vision Pro, combined with my MacBook Air, has completely transformed how I work. It’s like having a personal command center for legal work. I can review medical records, like MRI reports, in incredible detail while simultaneously drafting demand letters or preparing deposition questions. Just yesterday, I was reviewing a client’s shoulder MRI findings while preparing documentation, and the ability to have multiple virtual screens and organize information spatially has been game-changing.
Interviewer: How has this technology improved your workflow?
McFadden: The efficiency gains are remarkable. For example, when I’m working on complex cases like wrongful death claims or serious injury cases, I can have multiple documents open simultaneously – medical records, police reports, witness statements – all organized in a three-dimensional space. It’s like having a virtual war room at my fingertips. This technology allows me to be more present with my clients while maintaining the highest level of organization and preparation.

Interviewer: Has this improved productivity affected how you handle cases?
McFadden: Absolutely. The increased efficiency means I can dedicate more time to what really matters – fighting for our clients. Whether it’s a car accident victim like Rodney, whose MRI shows significant shoulder injuries, or a family seeking justice in a wrongful death case, this technology helps me build stronger cases faster. But it’s important to note that technology is just a tool – what really matters is how we use it to serve our clients better.
Interviewer: What’s next for GAMESQ, PLC?
McFadden: (thoughtfully) We’re continuing to grow and innovate. The new office space and technology investments are just the beginning. We’re developing new systems to make the legal process more transparent and accessible for our clients. As a Black-owned firm in Arizona, we’re also focused on community outreach and education about legal rights and resources.
Our goal is to combine cutting-edge technology with compassionate, personal service. When clients walk into our new office, see our logo, and experience our tech-enhanced legal services, we want them to know they’re in capable hands. Whether it’s a parking lot accident, a serious injury case, or a wrongful death claim, we’re equipped to fight for justice effectively and efficiently.
Interviewer: Any final thoughts for our readers?
McFadden: Yes. While I’m excited about our new office, logo, and technology, what truly matters is how these improvements help us serve our clients better. At GAMESQ, PLC, we’re committed to using every tool at our disposal to fight for justice and ensure our clients’ stories are heard. The future of legal practice is here, and we’re proud to be at the forefront while maintaining our core values of compassion, excellence, and dedication to our clients.
As we concluded our interview, it was clear that Garrick McFadden’s enthusiasm for these developments stems not from the improvements themselves, but from how they enable GAMESQ, PLC to better serve their clients and community. His integration of cutting-edge technology with traditional legal expertise represents a forward-thinking approach to personal injury law that sets GAMESQ, PLC apart in the Arizona legal landscape.
